Hunter Rogers

Senior Associate
Hunter combines a strong scientific foundation with sharp analytical skills in assessing life sciences investment opportunities based on his academic and investment experience. He holds a PhD in Life Sciences from Northwestern University, where his research focused on developing microphysiological, "organ-on-a-chip" models of the female reproductive tract. He began his investment career in biotechnology equity research at William Blair, covering public life sciences companies and evaluating clinical and commercial catalysts across the sector. He then joined Cleveland Clinic, first as an investment analyst focused on asset allocation strategy, followed by Cleveland Clinic Ventures, where he worked to build and invest in early-stage biotechnology companies.

Together with the rest of the JLS team, Thomas works to support the development of therapies across indications and mechanisms with the goal of identifying novel innovations capable of driving durable improvements in human health.
